PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, properties were sub-divided in 2005 and asse
values in the 2006 tax year were applied multiple tim
the sub-divided properties, and
WHEREAS, the tax assessor, upon finding the discrepan
corrected the 2007 records and has reconunended that t
assessment be removed from the Borough's 2006 tax ree
and
WHEREAS, the tax collector has calculated the amount
to be cancelled as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the

resolution.
