RESOLUTION NO. 85- is l
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SEWER
AND WATER RATES
WHEREAS, Section 701.33 of the Medina City Code specifies
that rates for sewer and water shall be established by resolution
of the city council; and
WHEREAS, said rates must be amended from time to time to
reflect actual and current costs of operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. The rate for usage of water shall be $1.95 per thousand
gallons.
2. The sewer rate shall be $3.35 per thousand gallons.
3. For both water and sewer, a minimum quarterly charge shall
be made in an amount equal to the charge for 10,000 gallons.
4. Said rates shall become effective beginning with the first
quarterly billing period commencing after the date of
adoption of this resolution.
