Thank you for your response (forwarded herein) to my record request of August 9, 2015 wherein
I requested to inspect public records regarding:
Any list or data base or any record of Homeowners in Gulf Stream who were "out of town" or
had gone "up north" which was available to be used by Police Officer Ginsberg on or around
October 28, 2011.
You responded:
Please be advised that no such records exist
We consider this matter closed.
I have well founded reason to believe this record does indeed exist. For the purpose of clarity,
allow me to shorten the record description:
Any list of Homeowners in Gulf Stream who were "out of town" or had gone "up north" on
or around October 28, 2011.
If the record once existed but was disposed of, please provide the record of its disposition.
