CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. is: G 4A
RESOLUTION ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT
FOR BIDS FOR SEALCOATING
OF TAMARACK DRIVE
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared by
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. pursuant to a
resolution of the city council for improvement of Tamarack Drive
from County Road 24 to the southerly city limits; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on such improvement was held
before the city council on the 4th day of June, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that the City Clerk prepare and cause
to be inserted in the official newspaper an advertisement for
bids for sealcoating Tamarack Drive under the approved plans and
specifications. The advertisement shall be published for
days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that the
bids will be received by the Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on the 16th
day of August, 1985, at which time they will be publicly opened
in the council chambers at city hall by the Clerk and City
Engineer, will be tabulated, and will be considered by the City
Council at 7',50 (.m. on the 20th day of August, 1985 and that
no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk
and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check or bid bond.
