~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE IMPERIAL HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
PROJECT, NO. 5-5212, AS BEING COMPLETE °
• WHEREAS, on February 5, 2002, the City Council awarded a contract to
All Arnerican Asphalt; and ~
WHEREAS, the project started on March 25, 2002, and was completed
on June 19, 2003; and ~ -
WHEREAS, the final payabie construction cost is $1,376,013 82; ancl
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on June 23, 2003 and
found that all,work has been completed in accordance with the project pians and
specifications. ' ~ ~ ~ •

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of'the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows: -
. Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Imperial Highway
lmprovement Project, Project No. 05-5212, as being complete and in accordance with
contract documents. ~
' , Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption. ~ , .
