BOARD OF HEALTH FEE SCHEDULE
The Board of Health, acting under the provision of Chapter 111, Sect. 31 of the MGL and all other enabling authority, will charge the following fees and surcharges for licenses
and permits:
Barn (stable) $30.00
$40.00 (for 10 or more livestock, not
including poultry)
Renewal Permits (late charges) 10% *per each 30 days

Frozen Dessert $30.00

In determining the fee for the renewal of the Food Service Permit, the basic charge will be applied, depending on the number of patron seats in the establishment. In addition,
applicable surcharges will be determined by the highest level of compliance effort required during the past year, as shown on the above schedule.
Variances:
The Board of Health may vary the application of any provision of these surcharges with respect to any particular case when, in its opinion, the enforcement thereof would do
manifest injustice; provided that the decision of the Board of Health shall not conflict with the spirit of these regulations and the State Sanitary Code. Any variance granted by
the Board of Health shall be in writing. A copy of any such variance shall, while it is in effect, be available to the public at all reasonable hours in the office of the Clerk of the
Town, or in the office of the Board of Health.
