OF LYNWOOD , AMENDING THE BMPLOYEE CLASSIFIGATION AND POSITION PLAN AND MANAGEMENT AND GENERAL EMPLOYEES' SALARY SCHEDULE AND AUTHORIZING THE REALLOCATION OF IDENTIFIED INCUMBENTS ~~ WHEREAS, .the City Couneil of the City of Lynwood has adopted an Employee ~.~ Classification and Position Plan and amended same as neecied; and " WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood~has adopted a salary resolution with salary schedules including a Managemerit and General Employee's schedule; and - . ` ~ ' ~ ~ ' WHEREAS, the City~ Council has identified a need for the inclusion of certain positions reflective of the approved biennial budget for FY 2003/04 ancl 2004/O5; and , WHEREAS, the required job analysis has been completed and a classification . ` staternent prepared on that basis; and . WHEREAS, the City Council has identified the need to reallocate identif ed ~ ~ incumbents to a more appropriate class; and • • ' WHEREAS, the City Council has ideritifiea a need to upgrade salary levels of ' ' identified positions; and ~ ..
