A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL.OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO THE STEINBERG
GROUP IN THE AMOUNT OF $146,414.00 FOR THE DESIGN
OF THE SENIOR CENTER, PROJECT NO. 05-5287 FISCAL
YEAR,2003-2004, AND AUTHORIZING THE ~MAYOR TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the senior Center Design, Project No 05-5287 is listed in the
FY 2003-2004, budget; and
WHEREAS, The Steinberg Group was selected to prepare the design for
the Senior Center; and .
WHEREAS, a contract price of $146,414 00, was negotiated with The
Steinberg Group to design The Senior Center
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That a contract for design of The Senior Center, Project
No.05-5287 be awarded to The Steinberg Group for the negotiated price of $146,414.00
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement
between the City of Lynwood and The Steinberg Group
Section 3 This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of
July , 2003.
