CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. ✓g-
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS ON STREET IMPROVEMENTS
FOR MEDINA MANOR FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted on the
�x9 day of .44/ , 1985, fixed a date for a public hearing
on the proposed % street improvements for Medina Manor First
Addition, which improvements shall be either a complete recon-
struction of the streets or placement of an overlay on the
existing streets; and
WHEREAS, 10 days' published notice of the hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the
hearing was held on the 6th day of August, 1985, at which all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. The improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the
council resolution adopted the 4 day of a psie ,
1985.
2. It is the judgment of the city council that the proposed
improvement has no relationship to the city's comprehensive
plan.
3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby
designated as engineer for the project and shall prepare
plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.

The motion for the a9pption of the foregoing resolution was duly
