RESOLUTION p.7. l ,
WHEREAS the City of Medina has $10,000 in Year X Community
Development Block -Grant Funds approved for Independence Beach
street improvements, and
WHEREAS the City of Medina has applied for $1075 in Year XI
Community Development Block Grant application for Independence
Beach sewer force main reconstruction, and
WHEREAS the cost of the sewer force main reconstruction will
cost substantially more than originally estimated, and
WHEREAS the sewer force main must be reconstructed prior to
the street improvement,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that $10,000 from Year X Community
Development Block Grant funds be reprogrammed to Year XI funding
for Independence Beach sewer force main reconstruction.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Medina this day of
