RESOLUTION NO. Y...5 - 6 9
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT
FOR BIDS ON STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR
MEDINA MANOR FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared by
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. pursuant to city
council motion adopted the 16th day of July, 1985 for street
improvements for Medina Manor First Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. That such plans and specifications, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The city clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the
official newspaper an advertisement for bids upon the making
of such improvement under such plans and specifications.
The advertisement shall be published for days, shall
specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be
received by the clerk until 10:30 a.m. on the 30th day of
August, 1985, at which time they will be publicly opened in
the council chambers at city hall by the city clerk and city
engineer, will then be tabulated, and will be considered by
the city council at 7':50 1.m. on the 3 day of
, 1985 in the council chambers, and that no bids
will be considered unless sealed and filed with the clerk
and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check or bid
bond.

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
