A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF~ LYNVVOOD
ACCEPTING THE WOODLAWN AVE. IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT,
NO. 5-5249, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on February 4, 2003, the City Councif awarded a contract to
Ranco Corp.; and , - ~,
WHEREAS, the project'started on April 28, 2003, and was~completed on
May 23, 2003; and -
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $204,457.75; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on June 9, 2003 and
found that all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans and
specifications. ~ ~ ~ '
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows: -
~ Section 1. That the Cify Council accepts the Woodlawn Ave
Improvement Project, Project No 05-5249, as being complete and in accordance with '
contract documents. ,
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
