A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE WALNUT AVE., SANBORN AVE.~ AND ORCHARD AVE.
•~ IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT, NO. 5-5261, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on December 17, 2002, the City Councif awarded a contract
to Bannaoun Engineers-Constructors; and -
WHEREAS, the project started on March 3, 2003, and was completed on
June 5, 2003; and ~ .
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $439,105 57; and

WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on June 9, 2003 and
found that all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans and
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order.and resolve as follows~ '
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Walnut Ave , Sanborn Ave.
and Orchard Ave. Improvement Project, Project No. 05-5261, as being complete and in
accordance with contract documents ~ '
Section.2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption. • ' "
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 2003. . ~
