adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 85-71
RESOLUTION APPROVING CREEKSIDE OF MEDINA
WHEREAS, K. Edwin Younger and June K. Younger have requested
the subdivision of property which is zoned for single family
residences on a tract of 40.5 acres which is legally described as
set forth on Exhibit A which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that the Younger subdivision is hereby
approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. That the subdivider encumber the property with a Private Road
Agreement approved by the City Attorney.
2. That no park dedication fee be required because all Lots exceed
10 acres.
3. That the subdivider provide the City Attorney with an abstract
of title which is current within 20 days from the date of
receipt by the City Attorney and showing the owners and encum-
brancers of the property.
4. That the subdividers dedicate to the city an easement for
right-of-way and utility purposes to provide ingress and
egress to Lots 2 and 3 as shown on the plat.
5. That the subdividers dedicate any easements necessary for the
present right-of-way of Willow Drive and County Road 24 which
abut the property._
6. That the subdivider reimburse the City for expenses incurred
in planning, engineering, legal and administrative services
in processing the application in the amount of $
and that the subdivider pay any additional such costs incurred
hereafter until all details of the subdivision are complete.
