LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing by the Old King ' s Highway Regional Historic District
Commission will be held, in accordance with Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973 (as
amended) , at 1 : 30 P .M. on Tuesday, November 14 , 2017 at the West Barnstable Fire
Station Meeting Room , 2160 Meetinghouse Way (Route #149) , West Barnstable,
Massachusetts .
The following matters will be heard and/or acted upon :
Appeal No . 201740 filed by Kathryn Goodfellow seeking reversal of the Dennis Town
Committee' s decision to deny a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of
board & batten siding on a new Family Room Addition and skylights on a porch at back
of house at the new Family Room located at 7 Judy Drive , East Dennis Massachusetts .
Said property being shown on Town Map 362 as Parcel 27 . The Dennis Town
Committee' s decision was made October 11 , 2017 and notice filed with the Dennis Town
Clerk on October 12 , 2017 . A copy of the Appeal Petition form was filed on Tuesday,
October 20 , 2017 and is available for public viewing at the Dennis Town Clerk' s Office
during regular business hours .
Appeal No . 2017- 11 filed by Aaron Kimmel seeking reversal of the Yarmouth Town
Committee ' s decision to deny a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of 14
black Solar modules to be located at 18 Cottonwood Street, Yarmouth Port,
Massachusetts . Said property being shown on Town Map 105 as Parcel 44 . The
Yarmouth Town Committee ' s decision was made on October 23 , 2017 and notice filed
with the Yarmouth Town Clerk on October 24, 2017 . A copy of the Appeal Petition form
was filed on Wednesday, October 25 , 2017 and is available for public viewing at the
Yarmouth Town Clerk' s Office during regular business hours .
