HomeMy Public PortalAbout1985-073Member SC-Aede ek' introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 85- 7 3 RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION FOR LUCILLE SCHERER WHEREAS, Lucille Scherer (applicant) has requested approval of a division of her 28 acre property, which is legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to divide her property into two lots, one of eight acres and containing an existing house, and the other of 20 acres, the legal descriptions of which are contained in Exhibit B attached hereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that the division for Lucille Scherer is approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. The subdivision shall conform in all respects to the zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations of the city; 2. The subdivision shall conform in all respects to the plans submitted to and approved by the city council; 3. The applicant shall convey to the city an easement for roadway and utility purposes along Medina Road and County Road 24 pursuant to a legal description prepared by the city engineer; 4. The location of the driveway on Parcel A shall be determined at the time a building permit is requested for that lot; and 5. No park dedication fee shall be required due to the existing house on Parcel B. EXHIBIT A The West one-fourth of the Northwest quarter of Section 23, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, EXCEPT the West 396 feet of the South 1320 feet of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 23. EXHIBIT B Parcel A The West one-fourth of the Northwest quarter of Section 23, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, EXCEPT the South 1320 feet thereof. Parcel B That part of the South 1320 feet of the West one-fourth of the Northwest quarter of Section 23, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, which lies East of the West 396 feet thereof.
