RESOLUTION NO. 85- ?`f
RESOLUTION APPROVING A
SUBDIVISION FOR C. KENT OLSON
WHEREAS, C. Kent Olson (applicant) has requested combination
of three lots and redivision of the property into two lots; and
WHEREAS, the property is currently described as Lots 5-7,
inclusive, Block 15, Independence Beach Addition; and
WHEREAS, the legal descriptions of the two new lots are
contained in Exhibit A attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the combination and division for C. Kent Olson is
approved, subject to the following conditions:
a) The subdivision shall conform in all respects to the
zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations of the
city.
b) The subdivision shall conform in all respects to the
plans submitted to and approved by the city council.
c) That the house constructed on Parcel A be sited in such
a manner that the garage not face Lakeshore Avenue or
that a turn around be constructed to allow automobile
access to the street to be front -first.
2. That the following variances be granted for the reason that
the lots are irregular in shape:
a) Reduction to front and rear yard setback of five feet
for Parcel B.
b) Reduction to front yard setback of 15 feet at the
southwest corner and of five feet at the southeast
corner for Parcel A.
