HomeMy Public PortalAbout1985-077Member ,le iO em9/2 moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 85- RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION FOR SHELDON COPLIN WHEREAS, Sheldon Coplin (applicant) has requested approval of a division of his 58 acre property, which is legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to divide the property into two lots, each containing 29 acres. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that the division for Sheldon Coplin is approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. The subdivision shall conform in all respects to the zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations of the city; 2. The subdivision shall conform in all respects to the plans submitted to and approved by the city council; 3. The applicant shall convey to the city an easement for roadway and utility purposes along Hamel Road pursuant to a legal description prepared by the city engineer; 4. The applicant shall convey to the city an easement for roadway and utility purposes over the westerly 30 feet of the property from Hamel Road to Blackfoot Trail pursuant to a legal description prepared by the city engineer; and 5. No park dedication fee shall be required because both lots are in excess of 10 acres in size. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina that the existing animal barn meets all requirements of the city zoning ordinance regarding setbacks.
