Suggested price, $150.00. and WHEREAS, the City believes that such hand guns should be first offered to Police Officers in the City who wish to purchase them as their own weapons, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above -described firearms be offered to the members of the Moab City Police Department to be purchased as their own weapons and that all weapons not so purchased be disposed of by and through either of the two (2) following methods: 1. Trading the remaining firearms to a licensed gun dealer in return for firearms or shells or related equipment which can be used in the Moab City Police Department, or 2.
