AMENDING & SUPPLEMENTING ARTICLE XV ENTITLED,
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS, OF CHAPTER 160, LAND DEVELOPMENT
OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret ("the
Borough") that the Code of the Borough is hereby amended and supplemented as
follows:
Section I. ~ 160-98, "Accessory Buildings." is hereby amended and supplemented
to delete paragraph "B" thereof, and to replace the same witlt the following:
B. Accessory buildings.
All accessory buildings shallllot exceed 10% of lot size with a
maximum height of 17 feet.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts thereofinconsistcllt with the provision ofthis
Ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent orimy slIch
inconsistency.
Section 3. If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision of this
Ordinance is adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to
the section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision so adjudged
and the remainder of tlus Ordinance shall be deemed valid and
effective.
Section 4. Tllis Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication according to
applicable law.
