Present : Board of Assessors ; Chairman, G. Howard Hayes, Diane Salomone & Belinda
Eyestone . James Gallagher Deputy Assessor and Karen Halloran .
Chairman G . Howard Hayes called the executive Session of the Board of Assessors to order at
5955pm in Town Hall Meeting Room B to discuss personal exemption applications for FY 17 &
FY18 . The Board voted unanimously; Chairman G. Hayes- Yes , Ms . Salomone-Yes,
Ms . Eyestone -Yes
Discuss and Vote on Personal Exemptions .
The Board voted to take no action and table a vote on Myles Franklin Elderly Clause 41 C for
FYI 8 . More information is needed from Mr. Franklin and James Gallagher .
The Board voted to approve all Blind Clause 37A Exemption applications submitted on this date
as shown on attached addendum "A" .
The Board voted to approve Clause 22 & 22E Veteran Exemption applications submitted on this
date as shown on attached addendum "B " .
The Board completed FY17 Tax Deferral and Recovery Agreements for ;
Irene Hogan DeCamp of 153 Stonehenge Drive, Map 67 lot 60 ,
Paul T Lucier of 40 Skaket Way, Map 139 lot 4
Andrew McKinney of 403 Underpass Road, Map 76 lot 36
M . Elizabeth Rowley of 235 Bog Pond Road Map 67 lot 56 .
These applications were completed in FYI but were found to be missing notarized signatures ,
these documents will be filed and recorded at Barnstable County Registry of Deeds .
Chairman G . Howard Hayes moves to dissolve executive session and return to open session at
