I DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE OF A RAFFLE LICENSE TO
HOLY FAMILY CHURCH AND ST. JOSEPH H.S.A.
'VHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough ofCarteret by Holy FamlIy Church aud St. Joseph H.S.A.; aud
WHEREAS, it appears that the' applicants are qualified to be licensed and the
members designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are bona fide members
of the applicant; and
WHEREAS, the applicants. have signified that the games will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Control
Commission's Regulations; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Mayor and Conncil oflhe Borongh of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and Council by
issuing proper presentation of application and fees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the
applicants;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P.O. Box
46000, Newark, New Jersey 07101.
