ENDORSING LOAN APPLICATION FOR JI'RIMCd DISPLAY, LLC AND
HERITAGE CHRISTJVIAS, LLC
'VHEREAS, the Office of Economic Development advises that Trimco Display,
LLC and Heritage Christmas, LLC, 200A&B Middlesex Avenue, Carteret, New
Jersey 07008, is expanding their business operations in Carteret to include two
shifts and acquisition of capital equipment to their operation in Calieret; and
'VHEREAS, Trimco Display, LLC and Heritage Christmas, LLC wishes to secure
low interest loan assistance from the Local Development Financing Fund of the
New Jersey Economic Development Authority to expand their business operation;

'VHEREAS, such low interest loans are available to eligible Urban Aid
communities of which Carteret is one; and
\VHEREAS, under State regulations governing the loan program, the application
for loan must be sponsored by the Borough of Carteret;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL
OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET that the Mayor and Municipal Council
do hereby sponsor said loan application.
