HomeMy Public PortalAboutRES-CC-1981-08RESOLUTION NO. 8- C%" BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Moab that a Capital Account be established for funding the construction of a storm run-off drain, and for the acquisition of such easements as are necessary to drain the Huntridge Plaza apartment complex and areas to the west and north thereof from such property to Pack Creek. The initial deposit into such Capital Account of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) shall be the monies tendered by Huntridge Plaza Assoc., Ltd., in response to the letter of Frank Kelley, Building/Zoning Administrator, dated October 6, 1981 , attached hereto for further reference. The City shall add to the Capital Account funds from other prospective developers, as indicated in the Building/Zoning Administrator's letter aforesaid. Any funds remaining in the Capital Account after construction of the storm drainage system aforesaid shall be the property of the City of Moab and may be transferred to its General Fund.
