Brannyn & I visited this site together. I called Mark and advised him that neither Brannyn and I could state the drainage in the east side was routed to the ROW as shown on the approved plans. There appeared to be a hump near the southeast area of the building that interrupted the flow of storm water in the swale. I advised him that an asbuilt survey that verified the swale drained to the ROW would be required for me to sign off on the drainage. Brannyn agreed. If the drainage improvements were completed to the plan by Boswell the City approved,this would not be an issue. By the time this email is sent Mike and Mark should have already discussed this.
