PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF SURPLUS FUNDS
WHEREAS, N.J.S. 40:4-58 provides for the transfer of surplus fnnds from one acconnt
to the other during the last two months of the calendar year:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Council ofthe Borough of Calteret
that transfers be made in the Boroughs' 2007 budget appropriations in accordance with .
