CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. P - 54-
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR
IMPROVEMENT OF STREETS IN
MEDINA MANOR FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for street
improvements in Medina Manor First Addition, bids were received,
opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids
were received complying with the advertisement:
Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. $36,125.00
Alber Construction, Inc. $48,905.00
AND WHEREAS, it appears that Buffalo Bituminous is the
lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina as follows:
1. The mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to enter into the attached contract with Buffalo Bituminous,
Inc. in the name of the City of Medina for street
improvements according to the plans and specifications
therefor approved by the city council and on file in the
office of the city clerk.
2. The city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to hold the
bid deposits of both bidders until a contract has been
signed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member feeice and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
