A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE OF
THE LYNWOOD SEWER SYSTEM PROJECT AS BEING
COIVIPLETE
WHEREAS, on June 3, 2003, the City Council awarded a contract of $131,000.00 to
National Plant Services, Inc. for the Maintenance of the Lynwood Sewer System Project; and
2003; and
WHEREAS, the project started on June 24, 2003, and was completed on August 25,
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been completed in
accordance with the project plans and specifications. •
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Couricil of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1: That the City Council accepts the Maintenance of the Lynwood Sewer
System Project as being complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
