A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE FIRST ST. IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT, NO. 05-
5263, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on May 20, 2003, the City Council awarded a contract to
Ranco Corp ; and
~~~ , WHEREAS, the project started on July 7, 2003, and was completed on
~ ; July 24, 2003; and ,

~--~ WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $61,333 95, and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on July 28, 2003 and
found that all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans and
specifications ~ ~
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows~
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the First St. Improvement
Project, Project No 05-5263, as being complete and in accordance with contract
documents.

Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of September 2003
