DESIGNATING OFFICIAL TO ISSUE CERTIFICATES AS TO
LIABILITY FOR ASSESSMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and C01111Cil of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey that Kathleen M. Barney, Municipal
Clerk, be designated 'as the person to issue certificates as to liability for assessments for
Municipal Improvements as provided byR.S. of New Jersey 1937, Title 54:5-18-3;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution sball take effect immediately.
Adopted this 6th day of January, 2008
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 7, 2008.
