A RESOLUTION OF~THE CITY COUNCIL OF,THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AWARDING A CONTRACT TO RJM DESIGN GROUP, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF
$58,500.00 FOR PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES fOR
LVNWOOD MEADOWS PARK PROJECT NO. 05-5289 FISCAL YEAR 2003-2004,
AND AUTHO.RIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE~THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Lynwood Meadows Park, Project No 05-5289 and is listed in
~ the FY 2003-2004, budget; and ~ ~
WHEREAS, RJM Design Group, Inc. was selected to provide
professional-design services for Lynwood Meadows Park; and~ ~~
, WHEREAS, a contract price of $58,500.00, was negotiated with RJM
~ Design Group, Inc for professional design services associated with Lynwood Meadows
Park '
NOW,~THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows
. Section 1. That a contract for professional design services associated
, with Lynwood Meadows Park, Project No 05-5289 be awarded to RJM Design Group,
~ Inc. for the negotiated price of $58,500.00.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement
~" . between the City of Lynwood and RJM Design Group, Inc ~
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. ,
