Al'POINTING A BOROUGH ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Borough Attorney in the Borough of Carteretj and
'VHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council
ofthe Bqrough of Carteret that
Robert J. Bergen, Esq.
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Borough Attorney, effective January 1~ 2008, term
to expire December 31,2008.
