ESTABLISHING APETTY.CASH FUND FOR THE BOROUGH
OF CARTERET PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:5-21
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions ofNJ.S.A. 40A:5-21 a Petty Cash Fund be
establisbed for the Borongb of Carteret npon final approval from the Division of Local
Government Services; and
'VHEREAS, said Petty Cash Fund will be maintained and accounted for by the Purchasing
Deparhnent in the amount of$400.00; and
\VHEREAS, the Custodian of said fund will be bonded with corporate surety in the amount of
$1,000.00.
Adopted this. 6th day of January, 2008
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 7, 2008.
