Member introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. <f 5
RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION
OF TIME FOR FILING FINAL PLAT
OF LUTZ ELM CREEK ADDITION
WHEREAS, B. James and Sarah Lutz (Applicants) received final
approval of the plat for Lutz Elm Creek Addition on August 20,
1985; and
WHEREAS, Section 820.23, subd. 6 of the Medina City Code
requires the filing of final plats within 60 days of approval
unless the City Council grants an extension of time for good
cause; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have requested an extension of time
for filing their plat; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard the justification for
the extension offered by the Applicants and has considered all
other information available to it regarding the matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina that the Applicants be granted an extension of
time to file their final plat for 120 days because of the
unseasonably wet weather conditions which have prevailed since
August, 1985 and which have made site work difficult.
