A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
,~ THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN
IRREVOCABLE EASEMENT OFFER OF
DEDICATION FOR STREET PURPOSES AT
` 11465 AND 11467 COPELAND STREET
` WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for the development of two (2) attached residential
~,~ units (duplex) at 11465 and 11467 Copeland Street include an irrevocable easement offer of
dedication for five (5) feet wide strip of property along Copeland Street, and
~ ;
A ' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that said easement is
~ necessary for the convenience, welfare, and safety of the public; and ~
' WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest of the City shall be served liy
accepting said easement; and ~
WHEREAS, said easement has been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer. ~
NOW; TH~EREFORE, BE,IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
, Section l. The City Council accepts the irrevocable easement offer of dedication for street
purposes from North Beverly Development, Iric. as described below: '
The easterly five (5) feet of the southerly half of lot 485 of Tract No. 25.51 in the
City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as recorded in
Book 24, Page 78-80, in the office of the County Recorder.
Assessor's Map Nd. 6173-005-033
Commonly known as: 11465 and 11467 Copeland Street
~ Lynwood; Ca 90262
Section 2. This resolution shall take. effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21 day of October~ 2003.
