A~RESOLLTTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN
IRREVOCABLE • EASEMENT OFFER OF
DEDICATION FOR STREET PURPOSBS ~AT ~ ~ : ~
3251 FLOWER STREET ~ ' •
:. , WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for the development of a two-story, single family
~ i dwelling at 3251 Flower Street include and irrevocable easement offer of dedication for five (5) `~
! ~ feet wide strip of property along Flower Street; and .
~
WHEREAS, the City. Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that said easement is
necessary for the convenience, welfare, and'safety of the public; and '
WHEREAS', it has been determined that the best interest of the City shall be served by
' ~ accepting said easement; and ~ •,
WHERBAS, said easement has been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council accepts the irrevocable easement offer of dedication for street
purposes from Guadalupe Burgos as described below: ~ ~~
The southerly five (5) feet of the easterly half of lot 568 of Tract No. 2551 in the
City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as recorded in
Book 24, Pages 78-80, in the office of the County Recorder.
Assessor's Map No. 6171-013-047 .
Commonly known as: 3251 Flower Street

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
