~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE JOSEPHINE STREET, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
PROJECT, NO. 5-5265, AS BEING COMPLETE
~ ~WHEREAS, on July 15, 2003, the City Council awarded a contract to
- - , Bannaoun Engineers-Constructors, and ~ • , n
~ ~WHEREAS,~the project ~started on August 26, 2003, and was completed
~ ~ ~• on October 20; 2q03, and '
~ WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $184,915:98; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on October 22, 2003 and
found that all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans and
specifications:~ ~
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
~ find, proclaim, order and resolve as follbws. '
• Section 1. That the City Council accepfs the Josephine Street
, Improvement Project, Project No. 05-5265, as being cornplete and in accordance.with
contract documents .
Secfion 2. This resolution'shall go ~into effect immediately upon its
adoption . '
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th of November 2003.
