RESOLUTION 8 S - /07
WHEREAS the City of Medina has the following funds remaining in Year
X of the Community Development Block Grant Program:
Project # 710---$719.75
Project # 955---$3875.59
WHEREAS the City of Medina has determined that an additional $500
is needed for project #957 (Hamel Sewer Special Assessments),
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that $500 be reprogrammed to project #957
for a total of $3200 and $3600.00 be allocated to a new project,
Lake Ardmore Drainage Correction,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk make application for
said project due to an urgent need to clear a drainageway to
avoid potential flooding of private properties in the area.
