ACCEPTING THE MURIEL DRIVE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
PROJECT, NO. 05-5264, AS BEING COMPLETE

WHEREAS, on June 17, 2003, the City Council awarded a contract
to Bannaoun Engineers-Constructors; and
WHEREAS, the project started on July 21, 2003, and was
completed on October 22, 2003; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on October 27,
2003 and found that all work has been completed in accordance with the project
plans and specifications.
WHEREAS, the final construction cost is $151,410.58; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows.
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Muriel Drive Street
Improvement Project, Project No. 05-5264, as being complete and in accordance
with contract documents.

Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
