WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret purchased items from authorized
vendors Under the State of New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Program 1-
NJCP; and .
WHEREAS, the purchase of goods and services by local contracting units is
Authorized by Local Public Contracts Law, NJ.S. 40A:11-12 and; and
WHEREAS, the below listed vendors have been awarded New Jersey State
Contract Numbers; and
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent recommends the utilization these

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Mayor and Council ofthe
