Project Purpose and Benefits

•To provide Green Infrastructure CSO Volume
Reduction, education and outreach at MSD
Headquarters.
•Additional Benefits
•Makes the main entrance ADA accessible
•Improvement of pedestrian access to and around MSD
Headquarters.
•Replacement and upgrades to aging facilities in need
of repair.
•Provide outdoor seating for customers, guests and
employees.
Schedule
•Contractor Mobilized in August
•Phase 1 –Front Entrance
•30 days no front entrance
•Temporary front entrance
•Anticipated completion by mid-January 2022
•Phase 2 –Rear Entrance and West Side
•Anticipate completion by late November 2022
•Temporary Parking Accommodations
•Return to normal after Phase 1
