RESOLUTION NO. S.5: /a g
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DIVISION
OF PROPERTY OWNED BY
FRANK AND BERNICE HUGHART
WHEREAS, Frank and Bernice Hughart (the applicants) own the
property designated as Tract A on the map attached hereto as
Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the applicants intend to sell two narrow strips of
land to the owners of the property designated as Tract B on
Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have
reviewed the proposal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that the proposed lot division and
combination is hereby approved, subject to the following con-
ditions:
].. The applicants be allowed to divide and sell to the owners
of Tract B a strip of land no more than five feet in width
along the south side of Tract B and 10 feet in width along
the east side of Tract B.
2. The two strips of land so divided from the applicants'
property be combined with Tract B.
