HomeMy Public PortalAbout1985-130Member moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 35.--/3U RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF A SUBDIVISION FOR LEONARD SCHLOSSER WHEREAS, Leonard Schlosser (the applicant) has requested preliminary approval of a subdivision pursuant to the preliminary plat attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the preliminary plat submitted by the applicant; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval of the attached subdivision be granted to the applicant, subject to the following conditions: 1. The final plat show the location of all existing buildings and of the outdoor advertising structure. 2. The applicant pay to the city a park dedication fee for both parcels in the amount determined by the assessor. 3. The applicant execute a private road agreement and provide an easement for access to the east in a form satisfactory to the city attorney. 4. The final plat show dedication of the necessary right-of-way along Pioneer Trail and T.H.55. 5. The city building inspector examine and report to the city council regarding the condition of the house on Lot 1, Block 1. 6. The applicant submit a current certified abstract of title or registered property abstract for review by the city attorney. 7. The applicant to submit the final plat to the city within 180 days of the date of this resolution, which final plat shall in all respects conform to the preliminary plat, except that it shall incorporate any changes or modifica- tions required by this resolution.
