APPOINTING A BOROUGH PROSECUTOR
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Borough Prosecutor in the Borough of Carteret;
and
.WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough ofCarteret that

PATRICIA COLLIGAN
Be and is hereby appointed to the position of Borough Prosecutor, effective
January I, 2008 term to expire December 31, 2008.
Adopted this 17th day ofJanuary, 2008
