RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REASSESSMENT AND CALLING FOR
PUBLII�C HEARINGQQON REASSESSMENT
OF Tryie Qy. AIfLLc c,4 I/hQ. PROJECT
WHEREAS, after due notice and hearing, the Medina city
council adopted an assessment for, the jn 4t,re,r derice. Bee c4 SmI),
project on the /% day of atrib± , 197 ; and

WHEREAS Lot ( , Block I , Independence Beach was included
in that assessment roll and was assessed $ 4.5/goo for the
project; and
WHEREAS, installments of the amount assessed against said
lot have been paid annually since the adoption and certification
of the assessment; and
WHEREAS, it has now been determined that said lot is
unbuildable and derives and will derive no benefit from said
improvement project; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said lot have petitioned the City
Council to forgive the remaining balance of the assessment
against said lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. The city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to prepare
a proposed reassessment roll consistent with this resolution
and to file a copy of such reassessment roll in her office
for public inspection. --// ��—
2. A hearing shall be held on the mot' day of T.2 ,6r u k rci ,
1986 at city hall at K ele p.m. to pass upon such proposed
reassessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an
opportunity to be heard with reference to such reassessment.
3. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed reassessment to be published once in
the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the
hearing and she shall state in the notice the total cost of
the reassessment. She shall also cause mailed notice to be
given to the owner of each parcel assessed in 1976 for the
improvement project not less than two weeks prior to the
date of the hearing.
