APPOINTING CLASS 3 MEMBER TO THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, there exists a need for a Class III Member of the Planning Board;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to NJ.S.A. 40:55 D-23 and the Code of the Borough of
Carleret, Article 2, Section 160-5, said member is appointed by the Borough
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
Councilmember Jon!e Diaz
is hereby appointed to the Carleret Planning Board, term to expire, 12/31/1 O.
Adopted this 17th day of January, 2008
and certified as a true copy ofthe original
on January 18th, 2008.
