A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN FOR THE
LYNWOOD TEEN SQUARE PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 05-5257 AND
DIRECTING STAFF TO PROCEED WITH THE FINAL DESIGN AND
CONSTRUCTION PLANS
- WHEREAS, The design for the Lynwood Teen Square Project, Project OS-5257
~ is schedule for completion FY 2003-2004; and
WHEREAS, staff has completed the conceptual design and presented said
design to the Lynwood City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Council has reviewed conceptual design for the
Lynwood Teen Square and has directed staff to proceed with final design.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood approves the conceptual
design of the Teen Square Project, Project No. OS-5257.
Section 2. Staff is directed to proceed with the final design and construction
plans for Teen Square Project, Project No. OS-5257.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon rts adoption.
