HomeMy Public PortalAbout1986-006Member �e �U Q-rriQ n moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and CITY OF MEDINgA RESOLUTION NO. 4 6- 4 RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION FOR WALLACE DOERR WHEREAS, Wallace Doerr (Applicant) has submitted an applica- tion for subdivision of his property which is currently described as Government Lot 1 (and accretions thereto) in Section 2, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian; and WHEREAS, the description of the new ± 11 acre parcel shall be as follows: That part of Government Lot 1 (and accretions thereto) in Section 2, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, which lies East of the Souther- ly extension of the West line of said Government Lot, North of a line parallel with and 800 feet South, measured at right angles to, the North line of said Government Lot, and West of the Following described line: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Govern- ment Lot; thence East along the North line of said Government Lot a distance of 600 feet to the point of beginning of the line being described; thence South at a right angle a distance of 800 feet, and said line there ending; and WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision has been reviewed by the planning commission and city council for compliance with all ordinances and regulations pertaining to the subdivision of land. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that the subdivision of the above described property by Wallace Doerr is hereby approved, subject to the following: 1. That the Applicant dedicate to the City -3 3 ' of right of way for Hackamore Road. 2. No park dedication fee be required because the new parcel exceeds 10 acres in size.
