' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE LONG BEACH BLVD. (IMPERIAL HWY. TO I-105) STREET
~ IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT, NO. 05-5266, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on July 28, 2003, the City Councii awarded a contract to Silvia
Construction; and
~ ~ WHEREAS, the project started on October 6, 2003, and was completed
on December 31, 2003; and
~ ,
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $181,535 35, and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on February 2, 2004 and
found that all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans and
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Long Beach Blvd. Street
Improvement Project, Project No 05-5266, as being complefe and in accordance with
contract documents
adoption
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd of March 2004.
