A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF •THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE SANTA FE AVE. / STATE ST. WATER MAIN
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT, NO. 05-5250, AS BEING COMPLETE

WHEREAS, on September 2, 2003, the City Council awarded a contract to
Williams Pipeline Contractors; and
VVHEREAS, the project started on October 27, 2003, and was completed
on February 20, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $498,647.80; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on March 1, 2004 and
found that all .work has been completed in accordance with the project pians and
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows~
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Santa Fe Ave / State St.
Water Main Improvement Project, Project No 05-5250, as being complete and in
accordance with contract documents.

Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
